We have partnered with the best travel agencies in South Africa to put incredible all-inclusive package deals together for keen travellers. Simply select a package that fits your budget and departure dates. The longer the term, the lower your payments.

2. Save
After deciding where you want to go, the fun part starts. Sign up and create a FOMO Payment plan and we will guide you to a debt-free and conscience-free holiday.

3. Travel
Get packing in half the time by sharing your goal with friends and family. FOMO payment systems allow you to get outside contributions to help lighten the load. Watch how your monthly obligation reduces along the way, giving you more spending money for your dream holiday.

Q: Why Should I use FOMO Travel? 
A: We have created an alternative payment option for people who want to travel without the use of credit or immediate payment. Our aim is to help and guide you to a debt-free, conscience-free holiday. We are making it easier than ever to experience the personal satisfaction and financial rewards that come from saving for specific vacations and leisure getaways. 

Q: How does my payment plan work
A: All you need to do is put down a small deposit to activate your booking and then through manageable recurring monthly payments you pay towards your future travel goal. The last payment will be paid 45 days prior to your holiday, giving you more than enough time to get your bags packed. Each month you will receive an invoice on the amount due for that month, which needs to be settled within 5 working days.

Q: What happens if I am not able to make payments
A: If a monthly payment is missed, the amount is carried and amortized over the remaining payment plan. There is a non-payment penalty of 5% on monthly payments that are missed due to reverted bank charges.

Q: Is my money safe with FOMO Tavel
A: Absolutely! Transactions on FOMO Travel are very safe as we employ the best-in-class transactional security. FOMO Travel uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) data encryption. Using SSL ensures that the information exchanged with FOMO Travel is never transmitted unencrypted, thus protecting the information from being viewed by unauthorized individuals. This encryption is done using 128-bit RC4 encryption. In addition, the credit card information is processed over secure 3D gateways which are certified by the credit card issuing authority.

Q: Will I be charged any interest?
A: No. We don't charge any interest. We are not a credit company and therefore don't operate as one. Your credit score doesn’t matter to us. What mattes to us is getting you to a debt-free, conscience-free holiday so that you may come home with memories and no bills to pay.

Q: What are my payment terms?
A: If you elect to purchase a FOMO Travel Package using our FOMO Payment Plan; payments must be made in accordance with the terms of the Payment Plan that has been agreed upon and will be held in a dedicated Standard Bank Merchant account.

Any interest earned on monies will be held in the dedicated account. All amounts are stated in ZAR (South African Rands). All purchase prices are in ZAR (South African Rands).

Q: How often must I make payments?
A: In the event of late or non-payment of an instalment due under the Payment Plan, the Payment Plan may be varied in an attempt to ensure that full payment for the Third Party Products and Third Party Services are received by the Final Payment Date.

If your payments fall behind the agreed schedule or full payment has not been received by the Final Payment Date, we are unable to guarantee your holiday cost and the final cost payable by you may be higher than that originally agreed, in order to meet revised costings from Third Party Providers.

Q: Can I adjust the FOMO Travel Departure Date?
A: You are allowed one free FOMO Travel date change. A new payment plan will be re-structured to fit your budget. With changes to packages with less than 45 days to departure date a 100% cancelation fee will be charged.

Q: Can I pay more for each month shown in my payment plan?
A: Yes, certainly. Just contribute to your goal at any point during your payment plan and watch how your monthly obligation reduces.

Q: Why do I have to pay at least 45days prior to departure?
A: This is because the suppliers will need confirmation of the booking to hold the room as per our request.

Q: What if I forget my password?
